Bond Management

Add New Internal Bond

Establish new internal bonds to categorize and track production items. Enter a unique bond number and a bond name. This action allows you to associate specific lots, case goods, and materials with a bond for compliance reporting. After adding the bond, you can link it to internal locations.

Delete Internal Bond

Remove internal bonds that are no longer in use to maintain a clean and accurate list. Select the delete icon next to the bond you wish to remove. Confirm the deletion to prevent miscategorization of production items and ensure only active bonds are available.

Location Management

Add New Internal Location

Define new physical locations where bonded goods are stored or processed. Provide a name for the location, specify its type (e.g., Production or Case Goods), and select the internal bonds permitted at this location. This action links specific locations to internal bonds, enabling accurate tracking and segregation of inventory movement according to compliance rules. Complete the address details, then add the location to your system.
