Tank Maps give you a visual layout of your facility, letting you see your vessels at a glance in the physical arrangement that matches your cellar.
You can create as many Tank Maps as you need. Maps aren't limited to tanks — some customers also use them to lay out barrels or barrel groups. Tank Maps are created in the Facility section, and each map you create adds its own tab within Facility for easy access.
To create a Tank Map
Use the checkboxes to select the vessels you want to include on the map
Use the dropdown and select Add to Tank Map (choosing if you have multiple)
Customizing a Tank Map
Once vessels are added, go to the Tank Map page and choose Edit to access the controls for that map.
Each vessel is displayed as a card on the map grid. Cards can be dragged around in order to alter their position on the grid.
Every card shares a common set of elements:
Tank Name
Current Protocol Stage
Lot Name
Current volume and vessel capacity, with a blue graph visually displaying fill level
Card color can be customized based on the type of protocol being used for the Lot, making it easy to distinguish, for example, red wines in fermentation from whites in barrel at a glance.
Each card can also display up to four measurements specific to that protocol stage.
Colors, measurements, and the name of the map itself are all customized within the map's controls.
