Creating a Template
Draft Mode Work Orders
You can turn any work order in draft mode into a template. This allows you to reuse the same steps and details in future work orders.
To turn a draft mode work order into a template, use the hamburger menu and click Convert to Template. The work order will now appear in the Templates tab under Work Orders.
Convert Draft Work Order to Template
To convert a draft work order into a template, use the hamburger menu and click 'Convert to Template.' Your draft will now appear under the Templates tab.

Editing Templates
You can edit templates to update their details, such as the name and status. This helps ensure that your templates are always up-to-date with the latest information.
To edit a template, navigate to the Templates tab under Work Orders. Select the template you wish to edit and click on the Edit button. Make the necessary changes to the template details and click Save to confirm the updates.
Adding Steps to Templates
Defining Step Details
When adding steps to a template, you can specify the step name, measurements, and instructions. This ensures that each step is clear and actionable.
Using Measurement Steps
Measurement steps allow you to track specific metrics, such as Brix and temperature. You can add and configure these steps within your template to ensure accurate data collection and monitoring.
To set up a measurement step, navigate to the Steps section of your work order template. Here, you can define the Step Name and select the Measurements you wish to track, such as Brix or temperature. Once configured, these measurements will be recorded as part of the work order process.
