Adjusts Volumes of Lots in Blended

Select Loss/Adjustment

Adjusting the volume of a lot in Blended can be necessary due to new measurements or updated information, such as a recent tank measurement.

To perform a volume adjustment in production, first select the lot you want to adjust. Next, open the Operation dropdown menu and choose the Loss/Adjustment option.

Be Clear About Volume Adjustments

When adjusting lot volume, remember you're inputting the change, not the new total volume. The helper text will show the new lot volume for confirmation.

A modal will be triggered where you will fill in the relevant fields pertaining to your volume adjustment.

Record Adjustments

This process allows for both volume increases and decreases. It is important to select the correct direction for the volume change. Note that the value you input is the amount by which the lot volume will change, not the new total volume.

The helper text at the bottom of the form will indicate what the new volume will be after the adjustment. You will see the new lot volume displayed below, confirming your choice.

The final step is to choose a reason code for the volume change. This is important for compliance and will determine how the change appears on the TTB compliance report.

Avoid Incorrect Entries

Incorrect entries can negatively impact your TTB reporting, causing them to be categorized as incorrect losses and potentially triggering compliance queries.
