Navigate Wine Lots

Overview

Navigate through different stages of wine production in Blended, accessing detailed information for each lot to manage your winemaking process effectively. This section describes the basic navigational controls within Production.

Stages of Production

Across the top of the Production screen will be a series of Tabs. These are directly defined through your Production Protocols. In addition, there is always an All Lots tab that will show all active Lots within the winery regardless of stage. These tabs function like a mini kanban system for production stages, helping you segregate wine lots based on their current stage in the production process.

Production Dashboards Only Show Active Lots

To make it easier to find what you are working on, the Production Dashboards only show Lots that are currently active. When a Lot becomes inactive through an action such as bottling or being transferred out in bond, we move that Lot into the Archive. See the Archive section below for more information.

Intake

The Intake table will be included in the first tab automatically, typically Processing, but it can also be included on any other tab you choose. Intake is used to manage the weight tickets of grapes, bulk juice, or bulk wine and convert those into wine Lots within Production.

Manage Actions in the Processing Tab

In the Processing tab of Blended, you can create lots, archive them, view weigh tags, and manage intake and processing sections. Use the different dropdown menus for additions, measurements, and operations to organize your production workflow effectively.

All Lots View

The All Lots tab in Blended provides an overview of all wine lots, regardless of their stage in the production process. This tab allows users to see and manage their entire inventory of active lots in one dashboard.

Table Controls

Within each Production Table, you will see 5 icons on the right-hand side. From left to right, they are:
