Overview

Record chemistry data in Blended to track analysis during the wine production process. Easily record standard and custom measurements to suit your specific needs.

Record Measurements

To record chemistry data related to your wine production processes in Blended, first navigate to Production.

The landing screen you will be presented with will be the Processing tab. You can learn more about these different tabs under production via our navigate wine lots guide.

Expand Measurement Dropdown

To record a measurement, select a lot from any of the Production Tabs (Processing in the image below) and select Measurement.

From here, you will be presented with some standard measurement options, including alcohol, brix, glucose/fructose, malic acid, NOPA, pH, potassium, spun brix, TA, tartaric acid, temperature, unspun brix, and YAN. If the analysis you'd like to run isn't listed, you can always add a Custom Measurement to your personal dictionary in Blended.
