Tabs Within Case Goods

All accounts come with three tabs as default.

  • Summary: This is a reporting function that enables users to look at movements and volume changes for their bottled inventory over time

  • In Bond: The In Bond tab will show all allocations of SKUs that currently have an In Bond tax status. Allocations for the same SKU that are stored in different locations will show up as separate rows within the table.

  • Tax Paid: The Tax Paid tab will show all allocations of SKUs that currently have an In Bond tax status. Allocations for the same SKU that are stored in different locations will show up as separate rows within the table.

Custom Tabs

Each account can create custom tabs from the Settings menu. Custom tabs are known within Blended as Locations. Setting locations will enable you to move inventory between locations and tax classes.

Sales Channels: You can alternatively use the custom tabs to track bottled inventory by sales channel if you prefer. Setting tabs for Distribution, Club, and Tasting Room would let you keep inventory separate.

SKU Details

All SKUs have additional information attached to them. You can access this info by clicking on the SKU's name. This will bring you to the SKU Details screen.

SKU Information

SKU Information captures general information about the SKU including:

  • Name

  • Tax Class

  • Bottle Size and Bottles per Case and Cases per Pallet

If the bottled lot was produced within Blended, we automatically link how the wine was produced to the SKU. This tech sheet is designed to be easily accessible by anyone from production or sales.

  • Composition Information

  • TTB Label Guidelines

  • Final Chemistry

  • Custom Fields (added by user)

  • Tasting Notes (added by user)

Tracking these details ensures that inventory records remain accurate and up-to-date, facilitating better decision-making and compliance with regulations.

Allocations and Events

Use the Allocations table to view and manage SKU locations. This table displays all current allocations and their specific locations, allowing you to monitor where each SKU is stored and how it's distributed across different locations.

The Events table shows a complete history of all movements and quantity changes for each SKU. This includes activities such as reallocations, inventory adjustments, and sales. Each event is detailed with dates, descriptions, and related notes to ensure thorough tracking.

Maintaining accurate records using the Allocations and Events tables is crucial for compliance and inventory management. Regularly review these tables to stay informed about SKU status and history, ensuring your production data remains up-to-date and reliable.
