Complete Edit Cost Modal

In the Edit Cost modal, you can update the Cost Name, change the Cost Type (One Time or Recurring), modify the Cost Date using the date picker, and adjust the Cost Amount. Additionally, you can manage the Assign to Lots section by selecting the relevant lots or choosing the option to Spread Across All Active Lots.

Spread Costs Across Lots

In Blended, you have the option to spreading costs across all active lots or specific lots.

You can do so in the Edit Cost modal by checking the checkbox titled Spread Across All Active Lots. If you check this box, the cost will be evenly distributed among all active lots. This is useful when the cost applies uniformly to all lots.

Spread Costs Easily

In Blended, you can spread costs across all active lots or specific lots. Use the Edit Cost modal and check the box labeled 'Spread Across All Active Lots' to distribute costs evenly among all active lots. This helps when the cost is meant for all lots uniformly.
