Using QR Scanning With Movements

Overview

Within Blended Mobile, wine movements between vessels work similarly to the desktop application, but users have the ability to leverage QR scanning to create or update vessel groupings more quickly.

This is an example of a split, using the QR codes as a way to build the destination barrel group.

Splitting a Lot

View the lot summary.

Click the three-dot menu button to open the actions menu.

Select Action.

Click Split/Press/Combine.

In the Split 1 field, enter the desired quantity to split off.

You may enter a name for the new lot in the Name field.

Adding Vessels

Click Create Group.

Select a vessel from the dropdown menu, or enter a vessel name and click Add.

If you create a new lot group, enter a name for the new lot.

Scanning Vessels (Optional)

You can also add a vessel by scanning its QR code; click the QR code icon.

Point your camera at the vessel's QR code to scan it.

Recording the Split

You may also add an optional note in the Add note field.

After entering the split details, click Record to finalize the split.
