User Permissions
Overview
Explore how managing user permissions in Blended ensures proper access to winery production data, emphasizing the roles that facilitate secure and efficient data management.
Access Settings Menu
Navigate to Users Tab
To access the Settings
menu, click on the Account
dropdown in the top right corner of the screen. From there, select Settings
to open the Settings page.
Once on the Settings page, navigate to the Users
tab. This is where you can manage user permissions for winery production data.

Locate the Permissions
dropdown in the Users
tab. Expand it to view available roles by clicking on the dropdown arrow. Select the desired role for the user.
Manage Users
Add New User
To add a new user, navigate to the 'Users' tab in the 'Settings' section. Use the Add new user
form. Fill in the Name
and Email
fields, then click Add user
.
Assign User Roles
On the 'Users' tab in the 'Settings' page, assign roles using the 'Permissions' dropdown for each user. Select the role that aligns with the user's responsibilities within the winery production data management.
Assign Correct Roles
Choosing the right user roles is key to protecting your data and ensuring compliance. Use the dropdown in the 'Users' tab to set appropriate permissions.
